With a major snow storm hitting Mt Seymour the Canadian Shield had to delayed till Sunday. After receiving over 60cms and all the competitors having a fun powder day the Pro Women’s finals ran with variable visibility but luckily it wasn’t snowing.  Brooke was looking solid dropping into the Burlington kink with a gap to 5-0 and stomped her first jump but unfortunately they had sent her too early and she had to be stopped before she could complete her last jump as the previous girl was KO’d in the landing.  Brooke had to wait to redo her second run till after the Pro Mens contest and by that time it had started snowing and she cased the second jump. Even with the difficulties Brooke still walked away with 3rd Place in Slopestyle and Best Trick for her Gap to 5-0. Check out more info on the contest here.
